Billy loves to play golf, and to ski, has a house in Colorado, and recently
bought a new home in LA. He had three requirements for his new home, a spa, a pool and a
room for a Pool table, he got all three in the 1936 hillside house
he purchased. His favorite room in the new house is the half acre backyard.
According to Billy "It's just beautiful out there. Lots of flowers, plants
greenery. Total privacy and a great view. I can just sit there for hours."
